We’re pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Paul Pomerantz that expands the expertise, reach, and capacity of AMC Consulting Services.

Pomerantz brings decades of association executive leadership experience and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing associations and their boards. He is principal of Pomerantz Consulting LLC and served as founding managing director of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Association Governance Institute, where he remains on the advisory council.

Over the course of his career, Pomerantz has held CEO roles with the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Clinical Laboratory Management Association, Drug Information Association, and Society of Interventional Radiology. He also has served in leadership roles with the ASAE Foundation, ASAE Business Services, ASAE’s Power of A Committee, Association Forum, and the Council of Medical Specialty Societies.

Beginning November 1, Pomerantz will work with AMC Consulting Services on a variety of client engagements while continuing his executive coaching practice and interim CEO services through Pomerantz Consulting. His expertise includes strategic planning, board development and governance, change management, executive and board coaching, mediation and conflict resolution, CEO transition and succession planning, organizational transformation and turnaround, and mergers and acquisitions.
