On June 6, Vice President of Strategic Events and Industry Relations Collen Bagnasco and Director of Strategic Events Stephanie Dylkiewicz will lead an interactive session on the future of conferences and events at the AMC’s Engaged Conference hosted by the AMC Institute.

In their session “Back to the Future: Driving Growth Through an Integrated Event Strategy and Industry Relations Model,” Colleen and Stephanie will share actionable takeaways on how the SEIR team developed an integrated model for event strategy and industry relations to improve business performance, grow participation, and increase revenue for associations.

  • Identify content and delivery models that extend access to content as enduring products.

Colleen Bagnasco, CAE CMP, is vice president of strategic events and industry relations at AMC. A senior leader for the past 20 years, she has overseen the planning of more than 300 events, negotiated hundreds of contracts with vendors that resulted in savings for associations, and developed innovative meeting concepts. Forward-focused and strategic, Colleen skillfully balances the art and science of executing engaging, impactful, and profitable events.

Stephanie Dylkiewicz, CMP DES, is director of strategic events at AMC. A meeting planner and strategist for more than 20 years, Stephanie is a savvy negotiator, who excels in providing cost-saving and risk mitigation strategies to our association partners.
