On May 24, AMC Vice President of Client Relations Dave Bergeson will lead a session on best practices for leveraging hybrid board meetings.
As associations look for ways to improve meeting efficiency post-pandemic, hybrid board meetings that combine in-person and virtual attendance are an effective option. However, while hybrid meetings offer many advantages, as with in-person-only meetings, they also pose unique challenges.
In the session, Hybrid Board Meetings Are Here to Stay, Dave Bergeson will draw on his decades of experience to lead a panel of governance and technology experts in sharing best practices for leading and structuring hybrid meetings, including how to maintain engagement and leverage the virtual component to increase productivity.
This session is hosted by ASAE. Learn more or register here.
