As a senior consultant, Erin Volland specializes in governance, leadership development, and strategic planning. Erin draws from a broad range of experience in healthcare association management, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in translating data and leading practices into actionable insights that result in transformational change. Active in the association community, she serves on the Association Forum Board Nominating Committee and has also volunteered for the ASAE CAE Item Writing Committee, ASAE Component Relations Council, and Association Forum CAE Working Group as well as facilitated the Association Forum CAE Study Class. Erin has a master’s degree in public affairs in nonprofit management and policy analysis from Indiana University. Outside of AMC, Erin enjoys being a continuous student of life and chasing her twins in as many different places around the world as she and her husband can.
