Karen Kramer is vice president of human relations. An integral part of AMC’s growth, Karen began her career with AMC as an HR coordinator in 1996 and has a deep understanding of both the employee and leadership sides of the company. She leads with a focus on collaboration, respect, relationship building, and engagement. It is extremely important to her that all AMC team members feel respected and valued and have opportunities to develop professionally. Karen has an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. Outside of AMC, you’ll find her spending time with her family, gardening, and catching up with friends.
