Mike Norbut, vice president of business development, began his career as a sports journalist before finding his professional sweet spot working with mission-driven organizations and associations. A deliberative leader, Mike leans in on his strategic, ideation, maximizer, and analytical strengths to find the best scalable solution for achieving a consulting clients’ goals. Having coached his daughters’ sports teams, he brings leadership techniques from the field to the office to create an outcome-focused consulting team that delivers results. Mike has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and an MSJ from Northwestern university. When he’s not at AMC, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, going to concerts, coaching, and writing for the Association Forum’s editorial working group.
