Sara Hynes is executive director for the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPIAP) and senior manager of operations for the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). An outcomes-focused leader, she has 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, developing strong partnerships with boards, and empowering organizations to actualize their strategic goals. She firmly believes in the importance of individualization and inclusion in driving collective success for associations and the staff who support them. Sara has a Sara has a BA in Spanish and Psychology from Elmhurst College and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2023. Outside of AMC, you’ll find her line dancing, hiking with her dog Aslan, and exploring new wineries and breweries.
