Zinat Ali is an operations manager at AMC, supporting the Metal Construction Association. She also co-leads AMC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Advisory Group. As co-lead of DEIB, her goal is to seamlessly integrate the principles of DEIB into every facet of AMC and to foster an environment in which all voices, perspectives, and backgrounds are welcomed and celebrated.  One of the things she enjoys most about AMC is the people she has the opportunity to work with. “Whether its AMC staff or members of the associations we manage, I have been able to learn so much and they have all been instrumental in helping me feel confident in being myself,” said Zinat. She has an MBA from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana. Outside of AMC, you’ll find Zinat traveling, running, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and her cat Beignet.
