We’re very pleased to announce that Nicole Wallace, MBA, has been named executive director for the Renewable Natural Resources Foundation (RNRF).
A veteran of the AMC team, Nicole has focused much of the past 20 years on leading the strategic operations of healthcare and scientific associations and developing volunteer leaders, working closely with boards of directors and committees to establish and achieve business goals. A growth-oriented leader, she is skilled in both tactical and strategic leadership that improves profitability and performance.
“Nicole Wallace has been a dedicated steward to the achievement of many of our clients’ strategic goals,” said Steve Smith, AMC CEO. “With her inclusive and steady leadership, she is well-positioned to lead RNRF in furthering their strategic priorities and expanding their reach and impact.”
Nicole began her career as a patient care coordinator before transitioning to association management. She came to AMC in 1999 and advanced steadily in her career, holding roles as operations administrator, operations manager, and senior manager of operations. Since 2022, she has served as director of governance and operations for several of AMC’s association clients, including the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN). She will continue in her role with NANN while working with RNRF.
In 2022 and 2023, Nicole was recognized as a Trailblazing Leader in the workplace by her AMC colleagues.
Nicole has an MBA in organizational leadership and change management from Southern New Hampshire University.
She began her new role on August 14, 2023.
