Hans Zetterstrom, MSc

As chief information officer (CIO), Hans Zetterstrom, MSc, leads the development of AMC’s enterprise IT strategy and provides strategic management of innovative and cost-effective digital services that advance our association partners business goals.

Hans began his career in IT at a technology startup and held several roles in the private sector before  transitioning to the non-profit space. Of his transition to working with associations, Hans says “during the last decade I’ve learned the importance of the synergy between the business goals of an association and how IT supports those goals.”

During his 25 years of leadership in the IT field, Hans has built a reputation for providing cutting-edge solutions and developing strong collaborations between operations and technology to empower teams to succeed at the highest level. A future-focused CIO, Hans leads a staff of experienced IT professionals who provide world-class IT infrastructure, business applications, and technology consulting that drive engagement, increase revenue, and add value for our association partners.

Along with his role as CIO, Hans is also a member of AMC’s Leadership Team, which is comprised of 7 senior leaders who collaboratively oversee the strategic growth and direction of AMC and our client partners.

Hans holds a BA in Business Administration from Mount Ida College and an MS in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.

In his free time, Hans enjoys collecting and renovating classic arcade and pinball machines.
