Gina Parisi is the executive director of the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB) and certification manager for the HCEC Certification Commission. Gina takes a detailed approach to leading boards and committees in achieving their strategic goals and meeting member needs. She is skilled at developing organizational processes and strategies, creating educational products and programs, and building strong partnerships with volunteer leaders. When working with nonprofit organizations, her goal is to provide the leadership and support they need to thrive, serve their members, and advance their professional communities. Gina has a Master's of Social Work from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Outside of AMC, you’ll find her biking, baking, and traveling as much as she can.
