As education coordinator for the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN), Holly Edwards supports educational initiatives that advance the association’s mission and serve its members. She values AMC’s collaborative culture, sharing, “I love that I can bring my authentic self to my job and that no idea is too big or too small to share with my colleagues and receive encouragement.” A peer leader, she also serves as co-navigator of AMC’s Wellness and Wellbeing Employee Resource Group, where she helps build community and create opportunities for learning and growth across our organization. Holly holds an MA in anthropology from Western Washington University. Outside of AMC, she enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, reading sci-fi, and embroidering.
