Jonathan Adams is a senior consultant who brings a strategic, people-centered approach to helping boards and executive teams reimagine what is possible. He excels at reframing complex, constrained challenges and helping organizations identify paths forward that may not be immediately apparent, moving beyond false trade-offs and stalled thinking. Active within the association community, he currently holds volunteer leadership roles with Association Forum and ASAE, is an alum of ASAE’s Diversity Executive Leadership Program, and has been recognized as an Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree. Jonathan has an MBA with a concentration in data analytics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of AMC, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, discovering great food, and staying connected to peers across the association profession.
