Laura Witt is the Workforce Programming Manager for the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Collaborating with leaders across the hospice and palliative medicine, she is inspired by their dedication and the continuous advancements she sees them make in their field. Laura is also a co-navigator of AMC’s Wellness and Wellbeing Employee Resource Group. She aims to provide a welcoming space for AMC team members to learn how to improve their health and quality of life and to openly share their thoughts and experiences. Laura holds a master’s degree in health systems management from Rush University. Outside of AMC, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family, reading, crocheting, and swimming.
