As director of business solutions, Robert Oakes oversees the implementation of tools that enhance the member experience for our clients and leads a team that provides member support services.  With a keen focus on enhancing customer value, Rob is skilled at aligning products and services with strategic goals to drive revenue growth for organizations. He loves solving complex issues for customers, digging deep into processes and data, and building strong partnerships with collaborators, boards, and association leaders. Rob has an MFA from Roosevelt University.
